After graduation from High School in 1979, Jamie met Ron thru her mother. This was the guy that she had to meet according to mom. After a long and arduous courtship they finally married in 1986. Looks like mom was right. Together, they worked in the family business of grapes, almonds and peaches before setting out on their own in 1990.

Ron & Jamie have two great children, Justin 23 & Tanya 20. Justin is currently working full time in the family business. Tanya is off to college and is actively working part time in the winery. Jamie is also a huge animal lover with four dogs and one cat. A very busy household to say the least.

Jamie is a current member of California Wine Institute. A past member of the Ripon Chamber of Commerce and Soroptimist of Ripon. She has served on several fund raising committees for local charities.

As Vice President and co-owner with Ron, Jamie is responsible for all administration, as well as overseeing the development of the McManis Family Vineyards cased goods program.
