Winemaking Notes

This wine is 100% Pinot Grigio and completely "cold-fermented". On the nose there are clean floral and citrus notes. On the palate this wine shows pretty fruit flavors of fresh lime and melon leading into a crisp clean lingering finish. 100% Pinot Grigio, 100% River Junction appellation and 100% stainless steel fermented. No barrel aging whatsoever.
