2007 Viognier

Winemaking Notes
With primarily estate grown fruit, the harvest dates were between August 20th and 26th. Average Brix at Harvest was 27.5. The wine was cold fermented in Stainless Steel tanks.

Tasting Notes
Medium straw in color, a slight note of citrus backs bold, ripe Peach and Pear aromas. Round and viscous, the predominat flavor is Peach. The wine has good acidity, and the finish is clean and soft.
