2006 Pinot Grigio

Winemaking Notes
The grapes for the 2006 Pinot Grigio were harvested from 4 different vineyard sources between September 2nd and September 14th with an average Brix of 22.2. The primary sources were our own River Junction and Browns Lake vineyards. The wine was 100% stainless steel fermented with no oak aging.

Tasting Notes
The color is of light straw. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon, lime and peach fuse with a subtle flintiness. The wine is medium bodied, yet crisp and refreshing. Tangy citrus and mineral flavors found on the pallet lead to a clean short finish.
