2007 Pinot Grigio

Winemaking Notes
The majority of the grapes for our 2007 Pinot Grigio were harvested between August 17th and the 25th from our own estate vineyards. Brix at harvest averaged 23.4 degrees. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes
The aroma and bouquet are dominated by hints of pear, honey, ripe apple and apricot - with a very slight flint character. The wine has resulting flavors of pear, apricot, ripe apple and is rich, full and round with a nice clean finish.
