2002 Chardonnay

This wine reflects the flavors and characteristics of the “River Junction” Viticulture Appellation. This small grape growing region nestled between the San Joaquin and Stanislaus Rivers provides an enclave for Chardonnay. Our Chardonnay is medium straw colored with flavors of pear, apple, and a hint of citrus. The finish is lingering and rich. 100% Chardonnay, 100% River Junction appellation. The 2002 was partially barrel fermented to add the complexity of oak and yeast on the palate.
