2009 Pinot Grigio

Winemaking Notes
All of the fruit for our 2009 Pinot Grigio was harvested between August 28th and September 9th with an average Brix at harvest of 21.6. After a long, cold fermentation in stainless steel, the finished wine was prepared for bottling to insure a crisp clean wine upon release.

Tasting Notes
Light straw in color, with aromas of Gooseberry, melon and lime. Flavors that would be expected from the scent of the wine are abundently delivered in the mouth. Rich and mouth coating, yet crisp and refreshing the lively fruit can be savored long after swallowing.
