Join us in raising a glass to family farmers
McManis is a proud supporter of Farm Aid and their mission to build a vibrant, family farm-centered system of agriculture in America.
McManis is committed to sustainable winegrowing practices, both in the vineyard and at the winery:
All ten varietals are crafted with estate grown fruit that is Certified Sustainable under Lodi Rules, meeting some of the toughest viticulture standards in California.
Water conservation practices:
McManis uses 5-10x less water than the average winery. Wineries use an average of 3 to 6 gallons of water to produce 1 gallon of wine, while McManis only uses 0.6 gallons of water to produce the same amount of wine.
Comprehensive recycling program:
McManis recycles all cardboard, plastic and glass resulting in very little waste being sent to landfills.
Energy-reducing lighting and clean energy-producing solar panels around the property.
Being a good steward of the land ensures that we can pass along our way of life to the next generation, and we are honored to support nonprofits like Farm Aid to build a system of agriculture that values family farmers, good food, soil and water, and strong communities.
