Pinot Noir McManis Family Vineyards

Pinot Noir

Estate Grown

Lodi, California

Our Pinot Noir is light purple in color and is bursting with aroma and flavor, leading with ripe red cherry, strawberry cream, and raspberry notes. The wine is silky on the palate with red fruit and vanilla undertones, culminating in a clean, lasting finish.

Harvest and Production Notes:
The grapes for our Pinot Noir are generally harvested between September and October with an average Brix of 25.1. After fermenting on the skins for 6-9 days, the must was pressed, and the resulting wine finished fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then was aged on a combination of new and used French and American oak for about 4-6 months.
