Our Pinot Noir is light purple in color and is bursting with aroma and flavor, leading with ripe red cherry, strawberry cream, and raspberry notes. The wine is silky on the palate with red fruit and vanilla undertones, culminating in a clean, lasting finish.
Harvest and Production Notes:
The grapes for our Pinot Noir are generally harvested between August and September, with an average Brix of 24.5. After fermenting on the skins for 6-9 days, the must is pressed and the resulting wine finished fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then received the equivalent of approximately 6 months of aging on French and American oak.
